needs, draft the plan, help with enrollment, provide ongoing record keeping
services and handle all required compliance testing and government filings.
We work with all types of defined contribution plans including profit sharing

Our clients can choose their investments independent of us. We have experience
with many financial institutions, brokerage houses and insurance companies. We
will work with your choice of investment.
We are proud of our staff. They include an accountant, an actuary, and
an attorney. Three are members of ASPPA, the American Society of Pension
Professionals and Actuaries, and have achieved the designation Qualified Pension Administrator.
All are seeking advanced levels of ASPPA certification. Staff members regularly
attend continuing education programs to stay current with laws and regulations
affecting retirement plans.
